Rohini Prasad

Founder

Ms. Rohini Prasad is the founder of SRP Law Chambers, in her practice spanning over 14 years she has represented and advised individuals, statutory commissions, constitutional bodies and companies. While she comes from a legal background, being a fourth-generation lawyer, she has garnered a distinct professional standing of her own.

Having done her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and Masters of Law from New York University, she joined legal practice in 2012. Ms. Prasad is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India. She regularly appears before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, APTEL, CERC, CAT and NCDRC. Ms. Prasad guides, oversees and is involved in all matters being conducted by the firm across sectors.

Having firm belief in good legal counsel being accessible, Ms. Rohini Prasad has also been on the panel of Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

She has also participated in international conferences and has a multi- disciplinary approach to legal matters.

Ashika Ranjan has done her B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneshwar, and pursued her Masters (LLM in International Law) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. She is enrolled with the Bihar State Bar Council and has gained valuable experience across legal areas and forums. Her work primarily focuses on Service Law, Real Estate and Property Law, Electricity Law and contractual disputes within the energy sector, Election Law, Criminal Law and Arbitration. She has deftly handled matters before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

Anupama Jha has done her B.B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from O. P. Jindal Global University. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Anupama is carving her space, especially, in the sphere of alternative disputes resolution and consumer disputes matters. She has handled matters before CERC, NCDRC, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.

Ipsita Parida has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar, and also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from National Law University, Odisha, India. She commenced her legal career with Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms in the ‘Risk Analysis and Compliance’ sector where she gained valuable exposure to Corporate Governance, Regulatory Frameworks and Compliance Practices. She has now transitioned into Litigation and Advocacy, her academic training, coupled with her corporate exposure, has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of both legal and regulatory landscapes. She is enrolled with the Odisha State Bar Council.
